FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using USPS Post. USPS Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $20 applies to orders shipping to US and Canada. Please contact us directly for international shipment arrangements.

Free shipping on orders over $300 in US and Canada, and on orders over $1000 for the rest of the world (exclusive of taxes and discount).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All Dada Pixel Art boards can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
Mistaken Returns
Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct and intact item must be returned to receive a refund.
Dada Pixel Art does not store items mistakenly sent to us and instead donates, or recycles them, when appropriate and possible. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to Dada Pixel Art, please contact dadapixelart@gmail.com as soon as possible. Dada Pixel Art cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to Dada Pixel Art.
It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received, it takes 7 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
For most Dada Pixel Art board returns, you will be provided with a pre-paid return label which allows you to return the item(s) to any USPS drop-off point located across the US.
